The Internal Affairs Bureau is the IADS task force under the lead of the Vice President of Internal Affairs. Often viewed as a secretariat office, the IAB is actually valued as the backbone of the organization. It has a responsibility to oversee the whole workflow generated by IADS Leadership and the Workforce throughout the office term. Liaising  communication, following up progress, rating performance; all while maintaining contact with all country delegates, orienting membership candidates,working on internal regulations and not only, are all part of the work the IAB does yearly.
